Directions to our office
The office can be a bit tricky to find. Please plan to arrive at your appointment 10 minutes early.
Once you arrive at the office, you will enter in to our waiting room. To your right you will find a wall with buttons that correlate with the different providers at this location. Please find your providers name, press the button, and take a seat. Your provider will come get you from the waiting room. If you are unable to locate the button or your providers name, please take a seat in the waiting room and your provider will come get you.
There is no front desk receptionist. Please do not open the door that goes beyond the waiting room. Our practice shares office suites with other healthcare practitioners who along with our dietitians, are in patient sessions throughout the day. To respect the privacy of both our patients and clinicians, it is important that you wait in the waiting room until your dietitian comes to get you.
Driving Directions:
- From the 5 freeway, exit Crown valley Parkway towards Mission Hospital and The Shops.
- Turn left on Bellogente (the light by Chili’s restaurant).
- Go up the hill in to Crown Valley Center.
- At the water fountain, turn right and park.
- We are located in the building that says “Boswell Insurance”.
- Our suite in #100, located on the ground floor under the staircase.
