You have made to first step towards a new beginning. Change is hard. Changing the way you eat is even more difficult.

We have stimulation from friends, magazines, and the news telling us what and how to eat. It can be confusing as well as frustrating leaving us without answers and without success.

Marissa’s area of expertise includes, but is not limited to, weight loss, diabetes prevention, and disordered eating.

Having health concerns can make eating even more frustrating because it forces you to really get involved with what you "should" and "shouldn't" eat. Fortunately, I am a firm believer that all foods fit in moderation. There is no bad food.

By working together we will find out how much your body needs and keep you moving towards your goals while allowing you to eat what you want.
