| "I have a passion for helping others to achieve body satisfaction,
weight management, and simply enhanced health.
It is important to reconnect the mind to the body by paying attention to biological
hunger versus emotional hunger. I believe that a healthy relationship with food is
necessary for success. There is no diet or exercise plan that will fit the lives of every
individual. The best way to achieve your goals is through individual analysis.
Your nutritional plan will be based on your goals, your needs, and your body." |
